These terms apply when you access INSTANTDATAPLUG or use its account, bundle, payment, wallet, agent, store, or result-checker services. The legal name and registered address of the operator should be confirmed before publication as final legal terms. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any service-specific terms shown before purchase.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate details, keep your password and verification codes private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Do not impersonate another person or try to access another customer’s account or data.

Bundles and other services

Available networks, bundles, prices, eligibility, and service details are displayed before checkout and may change. Check the recipient phone number, network, bundle, and amount before confirming. Telecommunications and third-party provider availability can affect fulfillment; the website will show the status available to it. Do not treat an order as completed until its status confirms completion.

Payments and order confirmation

Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. A browser redirect or screenshot is not proof of payment: the server verifies Paystack transactions before treating them as paid or crediting a wallet. Keep your order reference and use the order-tracking page or support contact for questions.

Delivery, failures, and refunds

Orders are submitted for delivery after required payment verification. Delivery timing depends on the selected service and provider; no fixed delivery time is promised here. If an order remains pending, fails, is duplicated, or is charged incorrectly, contact support with the order reference. The platform checks the payment and fulfillment records and applies the refund or wallet-reversal handling available for that transaction. A successful order is not refundable solely because the recipient details supplied at checkout were incorrect, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Business confirmation required before publication: publish the actual refund eligibility rules, expected investigation/refund timeframes, and the support escalation process. Do not add a guaranteed deadline until it is approved by the operator and matched to provider and payment workflows.

Wallet

Wallet balances are account-specific and may be used for eligible purchases shown by the service. Deposits are credited only after server-side payment verification. Wallet history and order records are used to reconcile activity. Wallet withdrawal, expiration, and transfer rules have not been confirmed for this notice; do not assume that wallet funds can be withdrawn or transferred unless the platform expressly offers that feature.

Agents, referrals, and withdrawals

Agent applications are subject to approval and account checks. The stated commission rate is GHS 1.00 per eligible gigabyte sold. Commission is recorded only under the platform’s qualifying-order rules; failed, refunded, or undelivered sales do not earn a completed-sale commission. The agent dashboard and transaction records show credited earnings. Referral rewards, where enabled, are governed by the conditions shown in the referral feature.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification, available eligible balance, and review. Before publication, confirm any minimum withdrawal, processing schedule, applicable charges, and dispute process.

Acceptable use and suspension

Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, credential abuse, payment manipulation, automated attacks, or interference with other users or providers. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or respond to a provider or payment risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide an explanation and a route to contact support.

Third-party services and availability

Payment, mobile-network, and data-delivery services may be operated by third parties. Their own terms may apply. We may temporarily pause a feature for maintenance, security, or provider availability while preserving transaction records and handling confirmed payments through the applicable workflow.
