How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; accept and verify orders and payments; deliver requested bundles or services to the specified recipient; maintain wallet and transaction records; calculate eligible agent commissions; prevent abuse; respond to support requests; meet legal obligations; and improve service reliability.
Payments and service providers
Paystack processes payment checkout and payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. INSTANTDATAPLUG does not ask you to send card PINs, passwords, or one-time passcodes to support. We share only the information reasonably needed with payment, telecommunications, data-delivery, hosting, messaging, and other service providers to perform the requested service, secure the platform, or comply with law. Their handling of data is governed by their own notices and agreements.
Cookies and analytics
Essential browser storage may be used for sign-in, security, referral attribution, and remembering your cookie preferences. Optional analytics are disabled unless you consent through the cookie controls. You can change that choice using “Manage cookie preferences” in the site footer. We do not intentionally send passwords, payment credentials, authentication tokens, or direct account identifiers to analytics.
How we protect information
We use access controls, server-side payment verification, encrypted transport where HTTPS is enabled, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please protect your login credentials and contact us promptly if you suspect account misuse.
Retention
We retain account, order, payment, agent, and security records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain accurate financial records, and meet applicable legal or operational requirements. Specific retention periods and deletion schedules are not published yet and should be confirmed by the business operator. When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or securely de-identify it where practical and lawful.
Your choices and privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and identity verification, you may ask to access or correct personal information, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, or withdraw optional analytics consent. Some records may need to be retained to complete a transaction, protect users, or meet legal obligations. To make a request, email instantdataplug@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account or information concerned.
Children and third-party links
The service is not designed for children to make purchases without the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our website may link to third-party services; their privacy practices are not controlled by this policy.
